In a talk with the press, the cultural attache’ of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Vietnam made a point of praising of Vietnam specialty dishes: nem cua bien, spring rolls filled with crab meat and dipped in sauce with fresh herbs. As for nem cua (spring rolls filled with crab meat), most Vietnamese immediately think of Haiphong , the northern port city where many such seafood specialties have become the pride of Vietnamese gastronomy (Heritage, Vietnam Airlines Inflight Magazine).
